BRANSON PROJECT

The Veterans Memorial Museum a few miles down the

road averages 200 visitors a day. They do not attract

families as much as the wax museum or other venues.

They also are not in the heart of the city like this

location with the Titanic, Wax Museum and other

attractions nearby. I estimate on a conservative

average, 450 to 600 people a day will spend about

$12 each (after tickets for the museum, shuttle,

concessions, photos, souvenirs, etc). Open 6 days a

week, 10 months a year, that's solid revenue. In

addition, we are planning to invite astronauts a few

times a year to come for autograph sessions, book

signings, etc. This would be an additional revenue

stream. Overhead for the property is extremely low,

and we have access to the marquee. The owner said

we could use the majority of the area on it as some of the businesses are no

longer there. The bottom portion currently covered is a digital sign. We need a cumulative of 39k for this project to be open to the public, then we could upgrade as the we go; however, our designer(someone who has built many museums and mobile exhibits) said to do it first class would be about 450k. I'm looking for a few people or maybe just one person to help me build what could be the place to see

in Branson. The amount would be used to transport the shuttle to Branson from Kansas City, to upgrade the inside, to build the displays for the museum, etc.

The value of the equipment we have is in the 1.5 million dollar range as it cost 1.8 million just to build the shuttle. Also open to other locations in the country. We are

not married to this spot.

We need to inspire our kids again! Our young people lack the leadership of people with vision. I can’t think of any group more inspiring than the people who built this country; our engineers, explorers, scientists, technicians, workers, etc. These are the folks who took us to the moon and beyond. If you're honest, want to make money, have a desire to invest in our kids, and want to do something fun, you won't find a better opportunity!

8 million people travel to Branson, MO each year. 80% will pass by this location on the busiest street in town. We have everything: the location which will be across the street from the wax museum, the world's only 1/2 size space shuttle, a real Gemini capsule, a ton of space artifacts, the parking lot, and the offices inside for the museum. The only thing missing is you... that special person who has the vision and funding to help us make this a reality. We will have the shuttle, Gemini capsule, Lunar lander, and other attractions outside. A museum, concessions, and souvenirs on the inside.
