The space shuttle is a fully interactive simulator with 16 seats.  It can be used for schools, team building for businesses, as well as a unique eye catching vehicle to increase foot traffic for companies. The shuttle was formerly sponsored by Bell South for 3 years. The shuttle is now based in the Kansas City Metro area,  and we are looking for new corporate sponsors.  

 

Short term sponsorship:

Are you a company or person who would like to sponsor the shuttle for a day at a school or public event?  Hang your company banner or message on the outside, perhaps hand out giveaways to people entering shuttle.  Call for pricing.  

 

Long term sponsorship:

Shuttle will be parked at various events or public showings at a minimum agreed upon number per month. Advertsing material, supplied by business sponsor, will be delivered to each person boarding the shuttle, or a company video can be played.  Large advertising space is available for your company on the exterior of the shuttle. Vinyl lettering or perhaps scrolling screens and exterior video screens allowed to be installed by sponsoring company. Advertise on the inside as well.  

 

Some of the benefits of long term sponsorship include:

1. Shuttle availability exclusive to sponsoring business for 20 days out of

    the year for private use(excluding summer months between June 1 and August 30). 

    Example, the shuttle parked at your company for exclusive use by your employees.

2. Unique opportunity for sponsor to gain enhanced visibility.  

3. Spacecraft Rentals will supply personnel to move and operate the shuttle to promote

   your business.  We will pay for insurance, fuel, and maintenance. 

 

Some of the restrictions(not an exhaustive list):

1. Smaller spots for non-competing companies will be allowed on exterior as well as

    the interior. Excluded from applying for sponsorship include companies not in good

    taste as well as companies that promote gambling, alcohol, and tobacco.

2. Business sponsor to pay fees when using shuttle exclusively for the 20 day period.

    Fees to cover cost of driver, generator rental, personnel, fuel to locations, all permits

    required for wide load transportation, lodging expenses for personnel and driver if

    location is more than 50 miles from storage location. Fee to cover costs of increased

    insurance rate if shuttle is moved  beyond a 50 mile range of storage location.  

3. 20 day use of shuttle will supersede minimum showing requirement for the month.

4. Sponsoring business to pay for the design, application of corporate logo or

    advertisement. Sponsoring corporation also to pay for removal of logo at the

    completion of contract.     

5. Sponsoring company will be allowed to upgrade shuttle equipment and program if so

    desired.  All upgrades to remain the property of SpaceCraft Rentals.
